What is A PAA Keystone Award?

Every year, the Pennsylvania Apartment Association recognizes select apartment communities across the state for exceptional service, upkeep, and management.

Communities are evaluated by independent judges who assess everything from maintenance standards and property upkeep to landscaping and overall curb appeal. These awards celebrate the teams whose ongoing efforts help create welcoming, well-maintained places for residents to call home.
